About Beenleigh PCYC
In a community diverse in ethnicity and culture, the Beenleigh PCYC is leading the way in providing youth programs tailored to meet the needs of its community. Operating for over 25 years, the Club offers a range of activities and programs for members of the Beenleigh/Far Northern Gold Coast community. People of all ages and from all walks of life participate in activities ranging from dance, martial arts and gymnastics, to childcare and Community Jobs Plan programs.
Since undergoing extensive renovations in 2001, the popularity of the Beenleigh PCYC has grown exponentially. Due to an increase in programs/activities, the Club has enjoyed steady membership and participation growth in the years since, with over 4,400 members in 2008 and attendance figures exceeding 10,000 monthly.
The Beenleigh PCYC prides itself upon continually adapting its services to best suit the needs of the local community. The Beenleigh PCYC was successful in achieving PCYC Branch of the Year status two years running (in 2004 and 2005) and continues to strive for this accolade year in, year out.
