About Caboolture PCYC
The Caboolture PCYC was opened on 28th October 1989 as the Caboolture & District Youth Club.
The Club caters for almost 800 members who are engaged in many and various activities, e.g. trampolining, tumbling, kindy-gym, boxing, kickboxing, aikido, ju-jutsu, kempo, karate, darts, cheerleading, after school care, vacation care, dog obedience, work for the dole.
The Club conducts a weekly street stall in the central business district of Caboolture and volunteers raise funds for the club through the sale of plants, fruit and vegetables.
In partnership with the Morayfield Lions Club, volunteers assist with the recycling and repairing of used spectacles, which are dispatched overseas for use in third world countries.
Yearly fund raising events include charity golf days, Christmas raffle and boxing tournaments.
