Our beginners classes concentrate on balance and relaxation, letting us develop Chi skills while maintaining our physical health. The class includes individuals who have been doing Tai Chi for years as well as those who have just started.
Tai Chi is based on Chinese martial arts and is used for health and relaxation. As a stylised dance-like form it combines balance, breathing and relaxation. It can be performed at your own level and shouldn't place extra stress on your body. Even as a beginner you will reap the benefits from this gentle way to exercise. Loose fitting clothing is recommended along with little footwear. $3.00 per session
