Volunteering

About Goondiwindi PCYC
The Goondiwindi PCYC opened its doors in February 2006 and has been going strong ever since. We regularly hold the Goondiwindi Academy Basketball Association tournament and grand finals on our two basketball courts.
We also run the local Blue Light Disco with the help of the local police and other members of the community. We make our facilities available to the local schools so that they can play games at any time of the year in comfort.
There are over 1300 members of the Goondiwindi PCYC in 2008.
We offer vacation care during the school holidays for primary school aged kids from Monday to Friday starting at 7:30am and going until 5:30pm. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays mothers can bring in their little ones to be looked after, between 9am and 11am, whilst they go to the gym. We have a weights room that is open whenever the centre is.
Our friendly fitness instructors can set up a weights program just for you or you can join in one of the many classes that operate during the week to help improve your fitness.
