About Mareeba PCYC
The Mareeba PCYC opened in late 1999 and has gone from strength to strength. The branch is dedicated to providing good quality events for the youth of Mareeba. We have a very successful youth team winning the Bill Newell award in 2006 and the club was also nominated for a branch achievement award in 2006.
2008 saw the membership exceed 450, which means that 5% of the population of Mareeba is a member, and we have over 25,000 attendances per year. Our branch services the Mareeba Township and outlying areas and we also have an activity centre at Tolga where we have Jujitsu classes.
