Rockhampton PCYC are holding Schoolies Week Celebrations again this year on the Capricorn Coast (Yeppoon). This year we are running events from Sunday 21st November – Thursday 25th November . Negotiations are still underway as to where the event will be held either on the beachfront at Main Beach Yeppoon or on Great Keppel Island. Stay tuned to this website or contact Sgt Greg Jones (07) 49277899) There will be dance parties at Schoolies Central under the marquees in a fenced off area especially reserved for Schoolies with awesome DJs and a Red Frog Stage from 8pm – 1am every night. If you haven’t got the budget for the Gold Coast or just don’t want to go with the huge crowds then come to Yeppoon this Schoolies. – Registration costs just $10 and you get free entry into 5 dance parties, a schoolies survival bag, photographic ID.

DON’T FORGET YOUR SCHOOL ID - NO ID NO ENTRY. Remember year 12 leavers, this event is just for you to enjoy and celebrate the end of twelve hard years and make it one to remember – not one to forget!

About Rockhampton PCYC

The Rockhampton PCYC first opened in 1970 in the ‘Tivoli’ Theatre on the south-side of the Fitzroy River. In 1977 a new building was built on the present site at Stapleton Park, North Rockhampton. Some 25 years later in 2002 the building received its first major addition – the Pulse Centre for young people and later a new skatepark was built adjacent to the building.

The present building is disability friendly with a lift at the front entrance of the building and houses an indoor basketball court, a performing area with a stage and DJ box, a large multi use room, a small conference room, Tiny Tots rooms and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) rooms with fenced play areas and a bicycle safety track at the front of the building.

The Rockhampton PCYC has almost 850 members and always welcomes new members.
