Bridging the Gap
Innisfail PCYC has now run six camps for almost 100 young people in the local area, focusing on personal achievement, drug and alcohol education, teamwork, respect and having fun.
Several of the young people who have come to the camps have joined the Youth Management Team and been involved with other PCYC activities as well.
The Project has seen links formed with many government departments, community groups and agencies. The Program received the QPCYWA Award of Excellence (Programs) at the 2005 Annual General Meeting.
