Basketball After Dark

Is a free basketball event complete with Hip Hop beats and prizes.  We run it on Fridays from 8-11PM.  It’s an all-ages event where whoever turns up, is put onto a team.  Players can take on the 3 on 3, or the 5 on 5 challenge.  Currently being run at Inala PCYC, we are hoping to bring this event to you in other Brisbane post codes in the future. 

Basketball After Dark focuses on providing a safe, healthy, fun and relaxed atmosphere where everyone is having a good time doing something that’s healthy.  Among our basketball legends, we have ex-NBL player Andre Moore on hand every night, he provides a lot of personality and promotes making positive choices.  We also have a few highly skilled players from the ABA helping out each week.

We provide all the gear to play, the music, the refs and the basketball experience.  Farmer Joe’s Market in Kedron supports us by donating a big box of fruit each Friday to keep us all going until late.
