Telemarketing

PCYC relies heavily on telemarketing of fundraising campaigns to support its operations, programs and activities statewide.  We currently run the following telemarketing operations with respect to our fundraising in Queensland:

1. Business Supporters Club (Approved by the Office of Fair Trading) commenced in 2002 - Communitel (Aust) Pty Ltd based at Mt. Gravatt are contracted to provide calling services.

2. Major Art Unions (Licenced by the Queensland Office of Gaming Regulation) commenced in 2004 - Insight Call Centre based in Surry Hills, New South Wales are contracted to provide calling services.

3. Under Privileged Children's Circus Spectacular and Movie Days (Approved by the Office of Fair Trading) commencing in September 2008 - Communitel (Aust) Pty Ltd based at Mt. Gravatt with offices in Rockhampton and Townsville are contracted to provide calling services.
