Youth Management Teams

Youth Management Teams (YMT’s) are a team of enthusiastic young people aged 12-18yrs. YMT’s aim to generate unity and positive development for all young people and their local community by participating in and running PCYC and community based events with the full support of PCYC.

Youth Management Teams are currently established at 28 PCYC branches. Once a team is established, the positive impact and level of involvement in the Branch and the Community is only limited by the enthusiasm and motivation of the young people that make up the team. Youth Management Teams meet regularly, set their own goals, create and complete their own youth-related projects, and try out different leadership roles. Some teams have been running for a long time, others are just starting.

Call your local PCYC if you'd like to get involved in a Youth Management Team, or if you'd like to establish an YMT if one is not already operating at your local branch.
