Rhys Chipperfield
Rhys has worked in the Fitness Industry for over 10 years, collecting multiple qualifications along the way, accumulating in a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science through QUT.
Starting with a National level sporting career through his youth, specialising in Soccer, Rhys than transitioned into working with the general population through Strength & Conditioning. This has led to the path of trying to find an individual client’s version of fitness, and working together to build the foundations of a healthier life through exercise.
From bodybuilding to CrossFit, to ultra-marathons and currently on the triathlon bandwagon, Rhys now uses his knowledge to see how far he can push his body (with as little training as possible) and aims to preach the importance of Hypertrophy training along the way!

Amend Movement
Affectionately known as Wa, the heart and soul behind Amend Movement. Wa carries a profound personal journey that fuels his passion for helping others.
Hailing from Napier, New Zealand, Wa’s early years were shaped by the challenges of a turbulent and dysfunctional environment. Despite facing adversities that could have defined his path, Wa emerged resilient and driven by a deep empathy for others who navigate similar struggles.
His personal trials include becoming a father at the tender age of 15 to a child born with cancer, grappling with his own diagnosis of requiring a bone marrow transplant and experiencing the emotional journey of having a young daughter diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. These life-altering events not only forged Wa’s resilience but instilled in him a profound understanding of the healing power of empathy. Wa’s commitment to mental health extends beyond personal experiences; he has dedicated years to working in the mental health field. As a former practicing social worker at a behaviour school and a collaborator with the Department of Child Safety, Wa brings a wealth of hands-on experience to his role.
As an experienced personal development mentor and qualified counsellor, Wa’s expertise transcends age and cultural boundaries. His passion lies in supporting individuals from all walks of life, fostering healing, and guiding them towards fulfilling and purpose-driven lives. From assisting people on their journey to wholeness to enhancing the performance of elite athletes, Wa’s impact is profound and diverse.

Harry Garside
Harry is an Australian boxer. Harry won gold at the 2018 Commonwealth games on the Gold Coast. He competed in the men’s lightweight event at the 2020 Summer Olympics where he won the bronze medal. This marked the first time in more than three decades that an Australian medalled in boxing at the Olympics. Garside competed in the 63.5kg class at the 2024 Summer Olympics, losing on points in the Round of 16. From 2 April 2023, Garside appeared as a contestant in the ninth season of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!. He came in second place, behind Liz Ellis.

Henriette holds qualifications in Sports and Exercise Science, Personal Training, Group Fitness Instructing and is a certified CrossFit Coach with over 10 years of industry experience. Henriette has a background in all different areas of the fitness industry and has previously competed in Bodybuilding and CrossFit and most recently completed a half marathon. As a mum of two, she understands the importance of how routines can benefit everyone in the family and is motivated by helping others learn how to implement these routines into their lives.
What started as a personal hobby to improve her own health and wellbeing has become a lifelong passion, and she is eager to help as many people as possible live a healthy and happy life.

With over 12 years of experience, Jade brings energy and expertise to all fitness levels, from children to seniors, and elite athletes. Jade is certified in Fitness (Cert III & IV), Sports Nutrition, Boxing, Pre and Post Natal, Seniors Fitness, Level 2 BMX Coaching, Strength and Conditioning, and Intermediate Gymnastics Coaching.
As a former BMX World Champion, she shifted to personal training and boot camps to help motivate and empower more people to reach their full potential. Now, as a mother of two, she stays active through motocross, showing that fitness is FUN and a lifelong journey for the whole family.
