Claire is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Sports Dietitian and Social Media Content Creator with 90K+ followers between her accounts. She is motivated by a deep appreciation for how nutrition affects health, recognising that people are genuinely busy and need to balance effort with reward.

What began as a personal hobby to enhance her athletic ability and sharing easy healthy lunches on TikTok between lectures at university soon transformed into a professional calling, and a commitment to helping others realise the powerful connection between what they eat, and how they feel.

Rhys Chipperfield

Rhys has worked in the Fitness Industry for over 10 years, and has a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science through QUT.

Rhys then transitioned into working with clients through Strength & Conditioning. This has led to the path of trying to find an individual client’s version of fitness, and working together to build the foundations of a healthier life through exercise.

Rhys now uses his knowledge to see how far he can push his body (with as little training as possible) and aims to preach the importance of Hypertrophy training along the way!

Harry Garside

Harry won a gold medal at the 2018 Commonwealth games, received a bronze medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics and recently competed in the 2024 Summer Olympics. Last year, he also appeared as a contestant on “I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!”

Harry just published his first book called “The Good Fight” where he writes about boxing, ballet, and breaking stereotypes. He offers a raw account of his journey through sport, handling unexpected challenges, and achieving personal growth. Harry has a refreshing perspective on masculinity, and openly shares his struggles, triumphs, and moments of profound self-discovery.

Gabrielle Foreman
PCYC Nerang Club Manager

Gabrielle completed her Certificate III/IV in Fitness and a Diploma of Sport Development.

In 2018 she competed in the ICN QLD State Championships and began instructing sunrise bootcamps through the local councils active and healthy program.

Gabrielle joined PCYC as a Trainer in 2020 and has since worked with local sports teams, and school based fitness programs. As the Club Manager at PCYC Nerang she still take classes regularly, and is passionate about breaking down the myths and misinformation in the fitness space, and making training accessible and fun for everyone.

PCYC Zillmere Club Manager

Henriette holds qualifications in Sports and Exercise Science, Personal Training, Group Fitness Instructing and is a certified CrossFit Coach with over 10 years of industry experience. Henriette has a background in all different areas of the fitness industry and has previously competed in Bodybuilding and CrossFit and most recently completed a half marathon. As a mum of two, she understands the importance of how routines can benefit everyone in the family and is motivated by helping others learn how to implement these routines into their lives.
What started as a personal hobby to improve her own health and wellbeing has become a lifelong passion, and she is eager to help as many people as possible live a healthy and happy life.

Jade Parker
Regional Manager – Club Operations
PCYC Queensland

With over 12 years of experience, Jade brings energy and expertise to all fitness levels, from children to seniors, and elite athletes. Jade is certified in Fitness (Cert III & IV), Sports Nutrition, Boxing, Pre and Post Natal, Seniors Fitness, Level 2 BMX Coaching, Strength and Conditioning, and Intermediate Gymnastics Coaching.
As a former BMX World Champion, she shifted to personal training and boot camps to help motivate and empower more people to reach their full potential. Now, as a mother of two, she stays active through motocross, showing that fitness is FUN and a lifelong journey for the whole family.
