LSA stands for a mix of linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds, and usually comes in a fine or coarsely-ground form.

LSA is packed with fibre, protein and heart-healthy fats, contains many vitamins and minerals like calcium, zinc and magnesium, and what’s more, sunflower seeds and almonds are high in vitamin E.
