Ingredients

  • 20g almonds
  • 20g cashews
  • 20g walnuts
  • 30g pumpkin seeds
  • 40g sunflower seeds
  • 20g raisins

Cacao nibs

  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs

Goji berries

  • 1/4 cup goji berries

 

Method

  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Store in air-tight containers.

Sweet Fix

Ingredients

  • 40g walnuts
  • 4g honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Lightly toast walnuts in a fry pan.
  2. At the last minute, add in the honey and cinnamon, stir thoroughly.
  3. Let cool. This should make 2-3 serves. Be careful with the quantity of nuts!

Coconut Toasted Nuts

Ingredients

  • 70g almonds
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of a spice flavour below

Enjoy optional flavours for spice below (additional ingredients required)!

Sweet

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Hot

  • 1 tsp chilli and cumin

Spicy

  • 1 tsp curry powder

 

Method

  1. Lightly toast the nuts in a fry pan.
  2. Add in the oil, the spices and stir until coated with nuts toasted to your desire. This can happen quickly, so don’t walk too far from the pan!
