Gym + Fitness Trainer Profile: Jemma Lee
PCYC Queensland is very fortunate to have some of the most professional and passionate trainers in the industry. Jemma Lee is a massive ball of energy and is a very much-loved trainer at PCYC Ashmore.
How long have you been changing lives at PCYC Queensland?
For over 10 years now.
Why did you decide to be a trainer at PCYC Queensland?
I’m a trainer at PCYC Ashmore because it’s more than a gym, I’m passionate about community. Growing up I spent my weekends playing outdoors, joining all sporting teams I possibly could in school, and was extremely active. Always up for trying new activities once, and then again twice because I love it. My determination and curiosity has me never turning down a challenge, or an opportunity for new experiences. Time and time again, I’m reminded of the positive effects exercise has on my own physical and psychological well-being, and my appreciation for what our bodies and minds can achieve is ever increasing. As a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, I want to share my enthusiasm, encourage a happier lifestyle, and help you realise what your body is capable of. I am extremely approachable and just love helping others achieve their goals. I believe that with the right training program, a bit of determination and support, anyone can achieve their goals.
What is a great quote you love to tell members?
