Tropical Zing Fusion Juice
Ingredients
- 530ml freshly squeezed orange juice (from around 6 oranges)
- 7 cups cubed watermelon
- 7.5cm (3″) knob of peeled ginger root
- 1 tsp ground tumeric
Directions
- Juice oranges until you have reached 530ml.
- Cube watermelon and add it to a blender.
- Add in the peeled ginger and pour orange juice into the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour juice through a strainer and discard pulp and ginger remains.
Citrus Carrot Power Punch Juice
Ingredients
- 4 carrots, roughly chopped
- 1-2 oranges, peeled
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
- Line a fine mesh strainer with cheesecloth. Pour the juice into a lined strainer.
- Gather up the sides of the cheesecloth to enclose all the juice and pulp, and twist the tops together.
- Squeeze to extract the juice and discard the pulp.
Fennel Apple Limeade
Ingredients
- 1 green apple, chilled
- 1/3 cup sliced fennel bulb
- 1 celery stalk, coarsely chopped
- 2 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 3/4 cups cold water
- 4 ice cubes
- 3 drops of sweetener of choice
Directions
- Wash, core, and cut the apple into slices.
- Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until fluffy and incorporated.
- Strain through a fine-mesh strainer, cheesecloth, or nut milk bag.
Flat Belly Juice
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup green cabbage
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 dash tumeric
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
- Add all the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
- Line a fine mesh strainer with cheesecloth. Pour the juice into a lined strainer.
- Gather up the sides of the cheesecloth to enclose all the juice and pulp, and twist the tops together.

Lean Green Juice
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped pineapple
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 2 oranges, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 1 celery stick. coarsely chopped
- 2cm ginger root

- Add all the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
- Pour juice through a strainer and discard pulp and ginger remains.
