Meet our Behaviour Support Officer: Brooke Bridge

“As a proud primary school teacher for 19 years, I have worked with children aged from 4–13 years across a variety of school settings.”

“I am passionate about inclusion and establishing positive environments that ensure the wellbeing of both children and educators.”

Ms Bridge will work collaboratively with schools and Educators to understand the unique and complex behavioural needs of individuals and groups of children, then develop positive and practical plans to strategically respond to challenging behaviour.

“As the Behaviour Support Officer, I aim to be an ally for educators and an advocate for children and their families.”

“I believe working with children is a privilege and it is one of the most rewarding, yet challenging careers and I cannot wait to work alongside educators and families to best support all children.”
