How long have you been working out at PCYC Queensland? 

2 years.  

Tell us about how your fitness journey is going?   

I am really happy with it. I am learning so much as it’s all new to me. I am challenging myself as I learn all about body building and the nutritional side/benefits that come from it. There are so many myths out there, and with the guidance of Jade, I am busting them. I always thought protein wasn’t vital, for example.  

Why did you choose to train at PCYC Queensland?   

The location is ideal for me as I am local and I had been with some other gyms in the past however didn’t like how full on they were. PCYC Queensland is a welcoming community, and its 24/7.

What’s your favourite piece of equipment?   

I don’t have a favourite piece of equipment, I enjoy it all, but I really love group fitness.                  

What’s your favourite class?

I don’t mind what class it is, box fit, fusion, cardio etc, I like them all.                                        

How many times do you visit the gym a week?  

Minimum 4 times a week.

What’s your next fitness goal?  

Currently going through a bulking stage with the guidance of my PT and nutritionist, Jade Parker. We have leaned up over summer, now it’s time to build the muscle over winter!
