Meet our member of the month: Mitchell from PCYC Gold Coast
Tell us about how your fitness journey is going?
My fitness journey began when I was a teenager and would mostly do weights. As of 2019, I turned to boxing as I kept doing the same thing week in week out. I needed to have a change of direction in my journey that helped me look forward to working out.
What is your favourite piece of equipment?
It would have to be either the sled push, heavy bag or assault bike, which I have a love/hate relationship with!
What is your favourite class?
I love all of the classes, but if I had to pick one it would be the boxing classes! I love that I can workout with others that are willing to have a crack as well as learn new skills.
What are your fitness goals?
My fitness goals this year have been to stay consistent, work hard, and to wake up early to train in the mornings!
