Tell us about your fitness journey.
It was definitely a struggle after years of not doing anything exercise wise! Eventually it got easier, probably too easy as Mary (pictured above on the right) kept making me use heavier weights and always that one more of anything, from push-ups to burpees (which are not my favourite :D). I’m loving it all at the moment and my gym buddies at PCYC Logan make classes worth going to.
What is your favourite piece of equipment?
If I had to pick one it would be the rower, it works every muscle!
What are your next fitness goals?
Consistency! I need to keep going upwards instead of backwards even if that means listening to Mary and completing more burpees!
What is your favourite workout?
My favourite workout classes are the boxing ones!
