PCYC Hervey Bay launches new state of the art gym

Featuring a new state of the art gym fit-out, PCYC Hervey Bay is welcoming the community to the club’s new gym opening on Monday, 20 July.

The popular 24/7 gym has undergone an extensive renovation, and now features the latest equipment from world leading fitness equipment specialist Technogym.

PCYC Hervey Bay relief club manager Acting Sergeant Leigh Nancarrow is excited to launch the new gym to the community.

“The quality of our new gym fit-out is amazing. We now offer a premier gym facility featuring a fresh facelift, in a welcoming community hub with a great social environment,” said Acting Sergeant Nancarrow.

“A big thank you goes to Fraser Coast Regional Council for their support in our upgrades and renovations, and to Classic Coatings Australia and Dulux Paint in helping us to create a bright, fresh new space. Now our spacious new gym also features air-conditioning and external views as well as a range of new equipment,” she said.

“As a charity, supporting our gym means that you not only achieve your fitness goals, you give back to the community by allowing us to support youth development programs.”
Renowned for fun group fitness classes such as HIIT, boxercise, circuits and Zumba through to yoga and pilates, PCYC Hervey Bay’s gym caters for all ages and abilities and offers specialised fitness options for teens and over 50s.
