With a unique boxing focus this session will assist you tone it, work it and shape up. It is a cardio based class that is a great way to get in shape and stay healthy. The structure of this class has been designed for all genders and will give you a total body workout using all the best cardio and boxing moves.
We will supply gloves & mitts – although you are more than welcome to bring your own. Inners are also strongly recommended.
