Gymnastics/KinderGym

Gymnastics is a sport for everybody, regardless of age, gender or ability. It is the perfect activity to prepare children for long term participation in sport and develops vital life skills.

KinderGym – Are you looking for an action packed morning that offers you and your child fun, fitness, friendship as well as the opportunity to challenge your child’s mind and body?
If so, KinderGym is the sport for you! It will not only develop your child’s social skills it will also develop their fine and gross motor skills.

Trampolining

Trampoline sport is the perfect sport to teach your child safe and developmentally sound aerial skills whilst also developing coordination and body awareness.

Martial Arts

Jujitsu
Jujitsu is a defensive martial art. Students are taught to let the attacker come to them and use their opponent’s momentum against them.
Defence includes some kicks and punches, but mostly involves throws and holds, designed to immobilise and attacker

Aikido
Unlike some martial arts, Aikido requires no particular advantage in age, size, strength or speed in order to perform well. This make Aikido an ideal self defence for men, women and children

Karate
Regardless of your age, gender or current physical disposition, you can begin karate training and enjoy it. Karate is more than a physical exercise regime or method of self defence, it is a way of life, it is something that can be enjoyed by any and everyone.

Tai Chi
Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is a powerful and gentle exercise for both the external and internal of the body. It is scientifically proven as one of the most effective exercises for overall health and prevents chronic conditions.  Tai Chi can help you to relieve pain symptoms and improve your balance.
