Box on is a cardiovascular class that is based around the principle of boxing. This class includes skipping, boxing drills, footwork and abdominal training all focused on improving your general fitness and muscle tone. Classes are run in our fully equipped boxing facility and caters to all levels of fitness.
HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training
HIIT class is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness. It entails short bursts of vigorous exercise followed by a short break. These classes are fun, fast and are a great way to kick start your Monday.
Abs and Arms
Abs and Arms is a resistance based class which focuses on strengthening the upper body targeting arms, abdominals, chest and back. The abdominals and upper back play a major role in stabilising the upper body. By strengthening these muscles, the risk of injury can be reduced.
Tabata is a fast paced interval training workout. It is an all inclusive style of training, working at the individual’s own intensity. This class is high impact, a quick workout and is designed to quickly burn calories.
Buns and Thighs Booty Builder
Buns and Thighs Booty Builder uses Booty Bands, weights and bodyweight. It is a full body exercise with the aim to increase strength and structure to build the booty you’ve always wanted.
Active Adult Fitness 45+
Active Adults is for those over 45’s who want to get back into regular fitness or just can’t make it during the week. It includes gentle weights training to build strength and gentle cardio to build cardiovascular fitness. There is no running, jumping or floor work in this class, and injuries are catered for.
Super Fit Functional Fitness 60+
Functional Fitness classes focus on functional training to prevent falls, and injuries as we get older. It incorporates balance, co-ordination and strength-based exercises designed to keep you active for many years.
