Here at Blackwater PCYC local youth is our passion. We offer a range of physical activities and welcome all ages and abilities.
Little Lifters
All ability levels, all inclusive fitness class designed for kids.Incorporating functional movements that develop all aspects of fitness, like strength, core stability, cardio, power, speed, endurance, agility, co ordination, balance and body awareness. Helping kids develop a broad athletic foundation and healthy habits. Bringing a positive impact not only on physical capabilities but also mindset and emotional well being. Approximately 30 minutes
JJ's Boxing
JJ’s boxing is a beginner boxing class suited for kids aged 5 – 10 years. Teaching basic boxing techniques and skills. As well as discipline and commitment. Approximately 30 minutes
Boxing Club
Youth boxing for 10 + years. Teaching hand and eye coordination, fitness and posture. All skills levels welcome. 60 – 90 minute session
Kinder Kids Gym Play
A free play, movement based activity for children to promote the development of physical movement, social interaction and spatial awareness in a fun and safe play based environment. Parental interaction and supervision is required.
