Gym and Fitness Classes at PCYC Bundaburg

24/7 Gym

PCYC Bundaberg has a State of the Art 24/7 gym with many payments option which include 12, 6 or 3 month gym memberships or a direct debit option which is debited fortnightly.

We also have two options of gym membership which are “Just Gym” which allows you to use our 24/7 gym, and fitness room or an “All inclusive” option which includes access to our 24/7 gym, all our fitness classes and Crèche. The “All inclusive” option also includes any additional upfront costs.

Personal Trainers are available for PT sessions, Health Consultations and for writing up Gym Programs.

BUBBLE BUTT:

Timeframe: 45 minutes

Participants: Beginner to intermediate

Aims: Increase lower body strength and endurance

Exercises: Lower body strength exercises / cardio exercises

 

THE SLIMSONS:

Timeframe: 45 minutes

Participants: Beginner to intermediate

Aims: Increase full body strength and endurance

Exercises: Upper body strength exercises / lower body strength exercises / core exercises / cardio exercises

 

LUCKY DIP:

Timeframe: 45 minutes

Participants: Beginner to intermediate

Aims: Keep clients on their toes!

Exercises: You get what you’re given!

 

FIGHT CLUB:

Timeframe: 45 minutes

Participants: Beginner to intermediate          

Aims: Increase fitness and muscle endurance

Exercises: Boxing bag work / pad work / cardio exercises

 

DES & TROY:

Timeframe: 45 minutes

Participants: Beginner to intermediate

Aims: Increase upper body strength and endurance

Exercises:  Upper body strength exercises / cardio exercises

 

SPAR-TANS:

Timeframe: 45 minutes

Participants: Beginner to intermediate          

Aims: Increase fitness and full body strength and endurance

PCYC BOXING:

Timeframe: 1 hour 30 minutes

Participants: Beginner to intermediate

Aims: Increase mental and physical strength and cultural awareness

Exercises:  High interval training / strength exercises / technique / cardio exercises / sparring
