Move for Life (Seniors 55+)

The gymnastics for over 55’s program aims to improve  mobility, strength, balance, coordination and flexibility in a fun, social and welcoming environment. The activities in the program can be catered  and tailored to all levels of ability or mobility.

KinderGym

KinderGym is a movement-based learning experience for young children  5 years and under  and their parents or caregivers.

Children need as many opportunities as possible to optimise brain development and increase physical potential before they go to school. KinderGym provides a safe environment for children to develop physical skills in a fun and playful way, at their own rate.

BabyGym

Baby Gym is a program offered by Gymnastics  which sets the foundation for infants to have proficient movement and assists the vital cognitive development children experience in early years.

The program is for children aged 4 to 10 months and provides the steps for future Kindergym  programs.

GymFun

In GymFun, the  focus is on the fundamental movement patterns that will help kids to then progress into more advanced skills or activities. Just like KinderGym, the games and activities in GymFun are safe and encourage kids to work with others, cooperate and build self-esteem. GymFun is  specifically designed for children aged between 5 – 8 years old.

GymSkills

GymSkills is  specifically designed for children aged between 8 – 12 years old. GymSkills  will improve  fitness but keeping fun in the mix is a priority. After being involved in GymSkills, children will have had the opportunity to increase their confidence and competence in movement; preparing them for a wide range of other sports and activities.
