Gym and fitness classes for PCYC Cooktown

Senior Group Fitness

For our community members over 55 years looking to improve their general health, well-being, mobility and physical fitness, we offer a specialised low-impact group fitness class twice a week.

One hour classes are led by our experienced Cert 4 Fitness Instructor. Discounted rates are available by purchasing a 10, 20 or 30 session group fitness pass.

Supervised Youth Gym

Gym users under 18 can only access the gym area during specific times when our Cert 4 Fitness Instructor is on duty to provide supervision. We also require that any member under 18 undergo an induction session with our Fitness Instructor before any gym use can take place. Contact us with any enquiries or to make an appointment.

Supervised Youth Gym is held every Monday and Wednesday between 3pm and 5pm.
