PCYC Inala offers a modern 24/7 700sqm gym and fitness facility with the latest Hammer Strength, Life Fitness and Cybex Strength and Cardio equipment available. The branch also includes a variety of group fitness classes included in gym/fitness membership which is overseen by the PCYC Inala Senior Gym Instructor.

Yoga

Yoga for fitness where the class can vary and does not follow a series of set possess.  The emphasis is on strength and flexibility.

Pilates

This class will get your heart pumping and burn 420 calories an hour, 17% more than a traditional mat class

Revolution

A pre choreographed indoor cycle class that brings the outdoor ride inside.  Interval based cadence training takes the class through sprints, hills and mountains to achieve results and personal goals

Rip Pump

A pre choreographed barbell class which incorporates functional orthopaedic strength training, every movement plane is attacked.

Les Mills Bodystep

A pre choreographed step class designed to tone your hips, butt and thighs.

WAR

A pre choreographed martial arts class with freedom for the instructor to customise.  This is an exhilarating total body workout.

BOOT

An indoor boot camp class designed to burn fat fast, incudes cardio, strength and balance moves.

Les Mills Body Balance

A pre-choreographed Mind and Body class including a combination of yoga, pilates and Tai Che.

Power Yoga

A vigorous fitness based approach to vinyasa-style yoga with an emphasis on strength and flexibility.
