Gymnastics/KinderGym

KinderGym – Tiny Tots
KinderGym is Gymnastics Australia’s movement program for children aged five years and under.  KinderGym program provides endless movement opportunities for each child to play and learn. KinderGym will assist in development and co-ordination, confidence and self-esteem.

KinderGym
KinderGym is a movement based program designed to develop the child physically & emotionally with an emphasis of “Learning Through Play” & is the first sequential stage of development towards gymnastics.

Gym Prep
Gym Prep is an introductory class for Prep students designed to teach the basic shapes & movement patterns involved in gymnastics through games/activities & incorporates variety of equipment.

Gym Fundamentals
Gym Fundamentals is a beginner gymnastics program that promotes fun, fitness & skill learning through games/activities & incorporates a variety of gymnastics equipment.

Junior Boys Gym
Gymnastics for boys will provide a quality start in life. Teaches focus and self-discipline – skills that can assist with their learning and concentration.

Boys Gym/FreeG
Boys Gym is the perfect sport to teach focus and self-discipline – skills that can assist with their learning and concentration.
FreeG gets your body moving in ways never thought possible. It will get your heart racing and develop a heightened sense of spatial awareness that can be put to good use in a variety of other sports.

Gym Advance
Develops balance, co-ordination and confident body movement. Builds self-esteem, strength and flexibility, preparing the body & mind for life’s challenges. Provides heaps of variety…..so there is something for everyone.

Pre Level 1 – Girls Invite Only
Enhances co-ordination and agility, for body awareness and balance. Enhances creativity and builds self-confidence, for sport and life. Develops healthy minds and bodies for now and later life.

WAG – Invite Only
Women’s Artistic Gymnastics is the perfect sport to teach co-ordination and confidence, develop creativity and contribute to general health and fitness.

Teen Girls
Is a non-competitive, performance-based activity incorporating tumbling, mini-trampoline, and floor-based performances is the start of your life-long involvement in gymnastics.

Boxing

Junior boxing classes take place on Monday and Wednesday 3.30pm-4.15pm and 4.15pm – 5.00pm. All classes are paid by the term and are a great way for boys and girls to improve self confidence and fitness.

Squash

Fixtures are played Tuesday nights, 5.00pm to 8.00pm or come and enjoy social squash on Fridays from 5.00pm
