Little n Active

PCYC Queensland’s exclusive new Little n Active Program takes a fun and creative approach to introducing children under 5 to physical activity.

Held in a safe and welcoming space where active parental participation is key, Little n Active classes are designed to promote children’s curiosity, encourage problem solving, increase comprehension and develop social skills.

Little n Active classes cater for different ages and developmental stages, and can be modified to match children’s developmental needs. Each progressive lesson provides children with activities to build fundamental movement and improve their physical ability, using engaging themed environments that lend themselves to movement.

Gym Prep
Gym Prep is an introductory class for Prep students designed to teach the basic shapes & movement patterns involved in gymnastics through games/activities & incorporates variety of equipment.

Gym Fundamentals
Gym Fundamentals is a beginner gymnastics program that promotes fun, fitness & skill learning through games/activities & incorporates a variety of gymnastics equipment.

FreeG
FreeG gets your body moving in ways never thought possible. It will get your heart racing and develop a heightened sense of spatial awareness that can be put to good use in a variety of other sports.

Gym Advance
Develops balance, co-ordination and confident body movement. Builds self-esteem, strength and flexibility, preparing the body & mind for life’s challenges. Provides heaps of variety…..so there is something for everyone.

WAG – Invite Only
Women’s Artistic Gymnastics is the perfect sport to teach co-ordination and confidence, develop creativity and contribute to general health and fitness.

 

Squash

Fixtures are played Tuesday nights, 5.00pm to 8.00pm or come and enjoy social squash on Fridays from 5.00pm
