Gym and fitness classes at PCYC Ipswich

Group Fitness Program

A large range of group fitness classes for those who enjoy training in a group and having an instructor to motivate them. We have Zumba, Box fit, Strength, ABT (Abs, Butt + Thighs), High Intensity Interval Training, and Silver Sneakers for our senior citizens to choose from. A wonderful range to help our members improve their health, flexibility and fitness levels. If you have any injury concerns our qualified fitness professionals will adapt any exercises for you so you can workout safely.


A brand new renovated gym with state of the art free weights and cardio machines. A large space so you don’t feel cramped in when doing your exercises. Fitness instructors are available during the week to provide you with gym and fitness advice. If you are unsure on how to use the large range of gym equipment you can book in for a free gym equipment induction as part of your membership with one of our friendly gym instructors. If you would like to have more structure to your workout you can also book in and purchase a specifically designed gym program. The program will be designed for your specific needs by one of our fitness professionals.

Personal Training

Book in with one of our qualified personal trainers for a 30 minute or 60 minute session. Your trainer will design your sessions based on your specific needs, current/previous health conditions and any previous/current injuries you may have. Your trainer will track your progress through the use of measurements (including blood pressure, heart rate, girth measurements and body fat percentages). Having a personal trainer is the perfect program if you are wanting structure and the extra motivation during your workouts.
