Gym and Fitness

Our fully air-conditioned gym is open 24/7 and is fitted out with the latest in Life Fitness and Hammer Strength Gym equipment. We boast a beautiful undercover outdoor functional training area where you can breathe in fresh air as you workout!

There are 7 different lifting platforms, 6 squat racks and enough gear to create endless workout routines.  Our cardio machines are connected to the internet so you can catch up with the latest Netflix series while you hit the gym and when your done, we have showers and change rooms for all! If you’re driving, we also have free undercover parking for our members.

PCYC Queensland is a charity and our profits go back into the Queensland Community, funding much needed youth and community programs throughout the state.

Motivation and Expert Advice

To get started, every member can access a free program with free education sessions via our Activ8 Fundamentals product! You can also talk to them about your further training needs.

Group Fitness

At PCYC Lang Park we offer the very popular 50 plus Fitness, Boot Camp and Fusion Classes with more to be added soon when we launch Activ8 Group Fitness. Keep an eye on our timetable for details.

50 Plus Fitness

This class is designed for the active older adult and is a group training workout including stretching and low impact aerobic exercises in a fun and friendly environment. All fitness levels are catered for.

Boot Camp

Build total body strength for everyday life.

Boot Camp combines strength, stability, power, mobility, endurance and flexibility for an all over body workout in a fun and supportive environment.

Fusion

Fusion – Achieve a full body work out through this fusion class of strength, cardio, agility, flexibility and fun.

Core Fusion – A gentle fusion class focusing on building a strong core to support strength, posture and everyday activities.
