The gym is open 24/7, it is air conditioned and fitted out with the latest in Life Fitness and Hammer Strength Gym and Fitness equipment. It also has an incredible covered outdoor functional training area where you can soak in the rays as you lift. In total, we have 7 lifting platforms, 6 squat racks and enough gear to create endless workout routines.  Our cardio machines are connected to the internet so you can catch up with the latest Netflix series while you hit the gym!  Lang Park also offers an extensive weights area for strength training.

Worried about getting ready for work after your morning workout?

At PCYC Lang Park we offer gym members free use of showers, hair straighteners and more to make sure you can fit in your workout and still start the day looking fantastic!

To get started, every member can access a free program written by one of our fully qualified PT’s! You can also talk to them about your further training needs.

Group Fitness

PCYC Queensland is a charity and our profits go back into the Queensland Community, funding much needed youth and community programs throughout the state.

Fit n Fifty

This class is designed for the active older adult and is a group training workout including stretching and low impact aerobic exercises in a fun and friendly environment. All fitness levels are catered for.

HIIT Circuit

High intensity interval training is a technique in which you give 100% effort through intense quick bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. This class will get your heart rate up and burn fat using a variety of equipment in an outdoor environment.

Strong Mums

If you want to lose that extra baby weight, gain strength and fitness or just increase your energy, this class is for you. Done indoors your baby can be in a pram alongside you or play in an area close by.  This class will assist you through a combination of circuits, cardio, and strength training. All fitness levels catered for.

TRX Fusion

TRX Infusion is a high energy class that combines TRX, body weight and cardiovascular exercises to give participants a high intensity full body workout.

Spin

Indoor cycling is a workout that takes you on a stationary, high intensity journey. It’s a highly effective cardio and strength workout in one 45 minute class. Sweat to high energy beats to keep you motivated and focussed. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Women’s Strength

This is a 60 minute class that uses weights equipment to help develop a strong lean body.

Personal Training

Our qualified trainers provide assistance for weight loss, muscle gain, strength and conditioning, sports event i.e. triathlon training, fitness training, programming, fitness testing and much more.

Pilates

With an emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine, Pilates strengthens the core, develops stability, increases mobility, helps to relieve back pain and teaches you to breathe more efficiently. Feel the benefits of better posture, better balance and better flexibility in this low impact class.
