Fitness classes at PCYC Pine Rivers

PCYC Pine Rivers host a number of fitness classes per week – we have something suitable for everyone of all fitness levels.

As of Term 2, We have 5  dedicated Seniors Fitness classes per week – Zumba Gold, Safety for Seniors  And Seniors Fitness – Classes  aimed  at improving mobility, strength a, balance, coordination and flexibility.

Prices are $12 per class (members) or you can get an unlimited monthly pass for $60 / $37.50 for Seniors (60+)

Combo

Full body workout  with combination of cardio, endurance, strength, HIIT and core exercises.

Pilates

Pilates is a unique form of exercise that focuses on alignment of the body, core stability, balance, control, strength, flexibility and mental focus.  Everyone from the super -fit to the not so super-fit can benefit in impoving their strength and stability to keep the body balanced and achieve a general sense of well-being.

Boxercise

High intensity interval training class based on basic boxing movements

Zumba Gold

Class Aimed at Seniors – low impact version of Zumba

Step

Classic cardio workout – Moving with the beat using the step board.

Seniors Fitness Class

Group Fitness Class designed for Seniors in a fun, supportive environment.

Cardio

– 1 Full hour of cardio based exercises to get the heart rate pumping in a group fitness involvement.

Zumba

Fun aerobic fitness with energetic music.

High Intensity Fitness Training

High Intensity Interval training, using functional training methods to improve your cardiovascular and strength systems

Strength Circuit

1 Full hour of strength based exercise class, mixing between resistance & weight training, hitting the whole body.
