Fusion is a 30 minute circuit style workout. It includes different styles of training which change every week including; speed and agility, strength, jump, cardio and more. Our qualified trainer guides and motivates you through each exercise helping to push you to your limits.

Fitter For Life

This is a gymnastics styled activity class that is aimed at the over 50’s young at heart, keep up with the grand kids generation.

Incorporating light weights for muscle and bone strength, soft cardio for a healthy heart and a social atmosphere for mental health.

BoxFit classes are 30 minute full-body group fitness sessions with a core focus on boxing. You’ll find it to be a great workout and stress-reliever too.

Run by a qualified trainer and set to inspiring music, you can box your way to a healthier fitter you.

24/7 Gym

Fully stocked gym with plate weights machines, functional fitness machines, cardio equipment and free weights.

Our 24/7 gym is safe and secure with security fob access to both the building and the gym. Direct security wall phone as well as personal security lanyards. The gym is also covered by CCTV.
