24/7 Gym

Newly renovated space with brand new equipment. Fully air-conditioned comfort and external door for 24/7 access. Fitness instructors available in the evenings from 5-7pm weekdays to help you reach your fitness goals. Access available for ages 12years and above. Active Oldies

Circuit class for over 50’s catering to all fitness levels. Great for improving fitness and making friends.

Run by our qualified fitness instructor on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 9-10am

HIIT Fitness

A high intensity interval training class aimed at improving cardiovascular fitness. A great general workout for all fitness and age levels. Classes are run by our qualified fitness instructor.
Running every Thursday afternoon from 5.30 – 6.15pm

 

Pilates

A low to moderate intensity workout class focusing on muscle strengthening, flexibility and endurance. Run by our qualified fitness instructor on Tuesday evenings from 5.30-6.15pm.
