About the Gym: PCYC Zillmere has a fully equipped and air conditioned gym facility for the community who are looking to get fit and strong.

Gymnasium facilities: Treadmills, cross trainers, rowers, boxing bag, kettle bells, free weights, yoga balls, benches (incline/flat), weightlifting platforms and a broad range of pin loaded resistance machines.

Yoga

Specialising in Hatha Yoga, this style of yoga is a great introduction to yoga. It provides an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension. Yoga is also a great way to stay fit and encourage healthy mind-body connection.

Feel the great  benefits and calmness of yoga’s postures, breathing, stretching and of course, relaxation.
