PCYC Queensland OSHC families and schools LOVE what we do and our 2024 survey data backs it up.
We conducted surveys with approximately 1500 families and 48 school-based services earlier this year. The in-depth surveys covered various topics affecting families and schools such as their satisfaction with our OSHC services, the challenges impacting their OSHC experience, and the areas of service delivery they appreciate or feel could be improved. The surveys also assessed satisfaction levels regarding our communication and responsiveness to the evolving needs of families and schools.
Out of 1494 survey responses from parents and guardians, the majority expressed high satisfaction with our proactive communication and our ongoing commitment to prioritizing students and adapting our services to meet evolving family needs. Surveys from 48 school-based services highlighted that our proactive approach in addressing concerns creates a safe and welcoming environment. Additionally, our active involvement in school events underscores our dedication to student wellbeing.
