Our Activities Team
Activities at PCYC Leadership Development Centre Yeppoon are carefully structured to complement each other. They provide a forum to build trust, leadership, cooperation & initiative within groups in a safe and supportive environment. While our main ingredient is FUN, we use reflection and focused facilitation to encourage students to learn more about themselves and their interactions with others from targeted activities. By providing teachers with a service that is efficient, flexible and easy to use, we allow more time to concentrate on bonding and creating working relationships with the participants. This enables teachers to gain insight into each participants overall strengths as well as highlighting opportunities for future growth.
Our professional facilitators understand the needs of children and young adults and genuinely care about participant’s growth and positive program outcomes. By providing opportunities to try something new we allow participants to challenge themselves and bond with one another. Regardless of age, sex, weight, nationality or any other perceived differences.
