Cadet Club has a strong focus on play, respect, and creating a safe space and sense of belonging and encourages children to adopt the elements of Learn. Empower. Achieve. Dream. (LEAD) as the foundation of their development and belonging to their community across different environments.

Threaded through the program are First Nations ways of being, thinking and doing in line with PCYC Queensland’s commitment to reconciliation. Cadet Club is delivered in three stages and focuses on themes based on developmental milestones and the known concerns of school-aged children as they travel through life.
