PCYC Charters Towers

Established in the late 1980’s, PCYC Charters Towers first occupied the Old School of Mines building before moving to our new facilities on Enterprise Road in 1991.  Today PCYC Charters Towers works closely with the Queensland Police Service, Charters Towers Regional Council and community partners to deliver a range of youth and community programs.

PCYC Charters Towers also offers a variety of sport and recreation activities to suit all ages and abilities along with an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service which offers a range of fun, recreational programs to keep young people engaged.  For more information on our OSHC service, click here.

Upcoming Youth Week colourXplosion Fun Run

PCYC Charters Towers is hosting a FREE colourXplosion Fun Run in the first week of the school holidays.

Promising to be a blast of colour and fun, join us on Tuesday, 8 April at the club field, 29-35 Enterprise Road.

Check the schedule below:

09:45am – Welcome & registrations (some white T-shirts available for collection)

10:00am – Fun Run starts

2:00pm – Event finishes

Participants will be dusted in bright, coloured powder as they pass the colour-throwing stations along the obstacle course. FREE Sausage Sizzle on site for all participants when they cross the finish line.
