A form of yoga with simple poses which flow from one to the other at a very comfortable pace. The class focuses on relaxation, breathing, mediation, endurance and flexibility.
Stretch, strain and sweat your way to a better you with Hot Yoga. The heat helps the body warm up while it relaxes the muscles, increasing its flexibility and preventing injury. The heat also encourages an increase in cardiovascular activity and helps you burn more calories.
Yoga – Vinyassa
This is a power-style Yoga that aims to purify the body through increasing circulation – it is a high flow style strengthening the body and mind through synchronized breathing and free flow movements. It also strengthens muscle tendons and improves flexibility.
This is a combination of yoga and Pilates classes, mainly to bring greater awareness and develop the body in a balanced way. It is accompanied by soothing music & the Instructor will lead the class through a series of floor exercises incorporating both mat work exercises from Pilates and yoga poses.
