Our fully air-conditioned gym is open 24/7 and provides an extensive range of your favourite Life Fitness and Hammer Strength Gym equipment, including squats racks with lifting platforms, a large selection of dumbbells up to 50kg, plus all the pin and plate loaded machines you need to achieve a complete workout! Our complete range of Technogym cardio equipment is connected to the internet so you can catch up with the latest Netflix series while you get your steps in, and when you’re done, you can freshen up in our shower facilities.

Our PCYC Gym + Fitness membership also includes 24/7 access to our full size indoor basketball court.

Gym+Fitness Classes at PCYC Nerang

At PCYC Nerang we offer a variety of popular group fitness classes with more to be added soon when we launch Activ8 Group Fitness.

No bookings required. Non-members are welcome! See our reception to get started.

All members must bring a towel and water bottle, and wear suitable closed-in shoes.

Fit & 50

Functional, tailored workouts to keep you fit and fabulous in your fifties and beyond! Expect a mix of light weights and low-impact aerobic exercises in a fun and friendly environment, with an extended warm up and cool down to keep your body in tip top shape.

Strength

A mix of upper, lower, and full body exercises programmed to get you lifting heavier over time! Go heavy with your trainer’s guidance, and the learn the foundations of strength training and progressive overload to take with you to the gym floor.

Fusion

Improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness and power in this dynamic full body functional workout.

BoxFit

A high intensity interval workout that combines basic boxing fundamentals, strength training and body weight exercises to push our members to new limits.

Core

Strengthen your core muscles through a variety of exercises targeting the abdominal and back muscles. Improve your form, stabilize your body, and reduce your risk of injury with a strong core!

Recovery

Gain flexibility, improve your strength, and keep your muscles healthy with this stretch-based workout. The perfect active recovery to end your week of training!

Activ8 Fundamentals is PCYC Queensland’s exclusive two stage program that offers Gym+Fitness members 12+ weeks of guided support from qualified trainers – completely free of charge! Designed to help you gain and maintain momentum during your workouts, this informative program is available to both new and existing Gym+Fitness members.
