PCYC Rockhampton

PCYC Rockhampton first opened in 1970 in the Tivoli Theatre on the south-side of the Fitzroy River. In 1977, a new building was built on the present site at Stapleton Park, North Rockhampton. Some 25 years later in 2002 the building received its first major addition – the Pulse Centre for young people and later a new skatepark was built adjacent to the building. The present building is disability friendly, houses a performing area with a stage and DJ box, a large multi-use room and a small conference room. We offer a wide range of activities including gymnastics, baton twirling, bike education, judo, ju-jitsu, trampoline and boxing. We specialise in youth programs and currently run Get Set for Work, Youth Support Services, Safer Communities, Braking the Cycle and an Alternate Learning Space.
