PCYC Rockhampton

PCYC Rockhampton first opened in 1970 in the Tivoli Theatre on the south-side of the Fitzroy River. In 1977, a new building was built on the present site at Stapleton Park, North Rockhampton. Some 25 years later in 2002 the building received its first major addition – the Pulse Centre for young people and later a new skatepark was built adjacent to the building. The present building is disability friendly, houses an indoor basketball court, a performing area with a stage and DJ box, a large multi-use room and a small conference room. We offer a wide range of activities including , badminton, baton twirling, bike education, judo, ju-jitsu, karate, playtime, trampoline and boxing. We specialise in youth programs and currently run Get Set4 Work, Youth Support Services Braking the Cycle and an Alternate Learning Space.
