Group Fitness Classes

We run a number of group fitness classes from Yoga and Pilates to HIIT and Boxfit.

HIIT
High intensity interval training is a technique which pushes you to give 100% effort through intense quick bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. This class will get your heart rate up and burn fat using a variety of equipment in an outdoor environment.

Pilates
With an emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine, Pilates strengthens the core, develops stability, increases mobility, helps to relieve back pain and teaches you to breathe more efficiently. Feel the benefits of better posture, better balance and better flexibility in this low impact class.

Yoga
Our yoga classes help to improve physical and mental health and wellbeing through postures, movement, breath control, relaxation and meditation.

Bootcamp
Our bootcamp classes are a great way to achieve a varied work out that will push you to achieve more.  Classes mix calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.
