HIIT

High intensity interval training is a technique which pushes you to give 100% effort through intense quick bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. This class will get your heart rate up and burn fat using a variety of equipment.

X-Fit

A combination of cardio, strength and core exercise in a series of blocks to increase stamina, strength and total body conditioning.  Focus on carving out muscle using weights while torching fat with bursts of cardio.

Fit45

With the sole focus on helping you achieve total well-being, fit45 harnesses an emulsion of fitness styles including holistic body conditioning, strength, functional training, cardio and core strength. Fit45 is a FULL body workout, perfect for EVERYONE’S goals. 

Strength

Strength classes are a muscle building and conditioning class focusing on high repetition.  These classes utilise a mix of barbells, dumbbells and body weight movements to sculpt and define the entire body.

Boot Camp

Our boot camp classes are a great way to achieve a varied work out that will push you to achieve more.  Classes mix callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.

Box HIIT

High intensity interval training that combines boxing, strength training and your own body weight, all in the one workout.  Mix up your cardio workouts with one of the most effective sports when it comes to burning fat and getting into shape.

ABT - Abs, Butts & Thighs

Focusing on your lower body and your abdominal muscles, ABT will improve posture and stability, whilst reducing lower back pain and increasing cardiovascular endurance.

MADs - 50+ Fitness

Functional, tailored workouts to keep you fit and fabulous in your fifties and beyond!

Activ8 Fundamentals

Activ8 Fundamentals is PCYC Queensland’s exclusive two stage program that offers Gym+Fitness members 12+ weeks of guided support from qualified Trainers – completely free of charge! Designed to help you gain and maintain momentum during your workouts, this informative program is available to both new and existing Gym+Fitness members.
