Gymnastics

Gymnastics  is a sport for everyone, regardless of age, gender or ability. It is the perfect activity to prepare children for long-term participation in sport and develops vital life skills. Beenleigh  runs an extensive program to cater for all abilities and ages, which can be the perfect way to get fit and strengthen your body with fun gymnastic skills 5 – 17 years

Little n Active

Little n Active

PCYC Queensland’s exclusive new Little n Active Program takes a fun and creative approach to introducing children under 5 to physical activity.

Held in a safe and welcoming space where active parental participation is key, Little n Active classes are designed to promote children’s curiosity, encourage problem solving, increase comprehension and develop social skills.

Little n Active classes cater for different ages and developmental stages, and can be modified to match children’s developmental needs. Each progressive lesson provides children with activities to build fundamental movement and improve their physical ability, using engaging themed environments that lend themselves to movement.

Boxing

Junior boxing
For children 12 years & under that are seeking engagement within the Boxing recreational activity, this is a precursor to attending the senior sessions whereby the participant will learn basic fitness, techniques of stance, punching & self-protection.  

Boxing
Boxing is well known sport throughout the world that has become a very popular fitness trend for people who want to lose weight or get in shape. This lesson class is suitable for those that wish to enter the ring & fight or for those that wish to engage a fitness session. The class does include sparring but does not include punches above shoulder height, supervised by qualified, competent & enthusiastic coaches.
