MetaFit – Created by a former Royal Marine Commando MetaFit combines traditional body weight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques to set the metabolism of fire! Keep burning calories for up to 48hrs after class. Each class is 20-25minutes long, what have you got to lose!
PumpHiit is a weight based HIIT class that will strengthen your body, while also adding a cardio aspect as well. It is based of metabolic strength training, which uses strength complexes and combinations to push the intensity of your workout through the roof. Each class is 30 minutes long.
HiiT & Run is a circuit style HIIT class this is a good 50?50 split of strength and cardio. It also uses the same principles of metabolic training, allowing you to push yourself outside of your comfort zone and into the calorie scorching zone. Each week we have a different theme; boxing, MMA, step and spin for example. Each class is 32-34 minutes long.
BoxFit- A 30-40 minute intense class combining elements of boxing, cardio and conditioning to give you a full body workout.
Yin Yoga is not your more commonly known yoga style. It works predominantly on the connective system ( fascia, tendons,ligaments) and is a functional style. There are no standing poses, it is all on the ground and is achievable for most ages and fitness levels. it gives you a very deep stretch as poses are held for 3 minutes at your own level. Yin works on those chronic ongoing injuries that you collect over your lifetime. Yin runs for 60 minutes.
