Our fully equipped gym has a wide range of cardio and weights equipment. We also have a separate group fitness room where we offer a wide range of group fitness classes, perfect for all abilities and goals.

The famous Les Mills class that strengthens and tones your body.
A lower body focussed training session aimed at building strength, endurance, power and shape. This class isn’t for the faint hearted.
A total upper body blast! This training session is aimed at building some serious flexing gains!
Find balance with your body. This class will improve your flexibility, stability, mobility, core strength and posture. Containing elements of PNF stretching mixed with mobility, core and stability movements to enhance your training and day to day life.
Not a burger…sorry! BUT just as satisfying! A training session that is split to incorporate both upper and lower compound and isolation movements with a little sprinkle of cardiovascular exercise to assist in building strength, muscular endurance, shape and overall fitness levels.
Activ8 Fundamentals is PCYC Queensland’s exclusive two stage program that offers Gym+Fitness members 12+ weeks of guided support from qualified Trainers – completely free of charge! Designed to help you gain and maintain momentum during your workouts, this informative program is available to both new and existing Gym+Fitness members.
