Our fully equipped gym has a wide range of cardio and weights equipment.  We also have a separate group fitness room where we offer a wide range of group fitness classes and Les Mills classes.

Unleash your inner warrior!  This class will engage you with boxing and bodyweight fitness.

Body Pump

The famous Les Mills class that strengthens and tones your body.

Race

A high intensity workout structured in a variety of fun and competitive formats.

Strength + Power

This class will strengthen your full body with correct lifting techniques.

Vitality

Find balance with your body.  This class will improve your flexibility, mobility, core strength and posture.  Containing elements of yoga and Pilates, this is the perfect mid week class.
