Gym

Our fully equipped gym has a wide range of cardio and weights equipment.  We also have a separate group fitness room and a dedicated spin bike room.

Our qualified Personal Trainers can offer fitness assessments, and one-on-one personal training sessions.

We also offer a wide range of group fitness classes and Les Mills classes.

 

 

Crèche

Child minding services for parents visiting our gymnasium or group fitness classes. Bookings essential.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Mornings from 9.00am – 11.00am. For under school aged children only.

Cost: $6.00 for the first child, and $4.00 per additional child.

RPM

RPM is the indoor cycling routine where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats,

Mountain peaks, time trials and Interval training.

Boxing Circuit

a class that incorporates a variety of punching and cardio sequences.  Toning work and abdominal work are also a key focus in this unique cross training form of circuit class. No boxing experience needed. Have fun and melt calories with this proven fat burner!

Body Pump

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls. Get the results you came for – and fast!

Body Attack

A sports inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high energy class combines athletic aerobic movements  with strength and stabilisation exercises.

Cardio Challenge

Take charge of your day with this balanced workout combining cardio and strength exercises. You’ll move through a series of drills and stations utilizing steps, resistance gear and ropes. Each class is different! Are you up for the challenge?

Stretch

Improve the flexibility of your muscles and joints with our stretch class.  Stretching is a vital component in any fitness regime and our experienced fitness instructors will lead you through a series of stretches. Whether you’re a fitness newbie or a professional level athlete, stretching can help boost the effectiveness of your workout routine.

Stretch

Stretch is focused on constantly varied, high intensity functional movements including strength based activities with a bit of cardio thrown in there, with a heavy emphasis on technique. Its is self paced so you can work as hard as you want.
