Cheerleading

A fun and fast activity, cheer leading is a team sport where participants perform routines to demonstrate tumbling, strength, flexibility and timing.

Gymnastics/KinderGym

We believe that gymnastics is amongst the best Physical Education a person can receive.  We know that gymnastics is the foundation for all human movement; and by extension; for other sports.  Programs are progressive allowing for advancement through the skill syllabus at the students own pace.  Our program is a seamless pathway through to any level of gymnastic participation.

Our Recreational program follows a state-wide delivered syllabus, so gymnasts can change class and location if required, while continuing to receive a consistent quality teaching program.  All our coaches are accredited, and our syllabus has been specially developed to provide a structured learning program in a non-competitive environment. At every level our classes are designed to be fun, educational and improve movement skills for life.

Our KinderGym program is a movement-based learning experience for children under five years and their parents or caregivers.  Educational research tells us that children learn best through exploring and discovering their abilities via targeted physical activity.

KinderGym classes are structured sessions, which introduce basic skills and strength building activities.  Our program is designed to inspire motor milestone development, boost confidence and cognitive development and provides a platform for social interaction.

Judo

Judo is for people young and old, looking to stay fit and healthy and to learn self-defence skills. The people currently enrolled in judo have skills ranging from national and international competitors to 3 year olds, looking for fun sport. Judo is suited to families and the organisation is fun and friendly environment. Judo does not involve kicking or striking techniques, but rather throwing and grappling techniques. It is an excellent activity to increase, physical fitness, self-esteem, self-defence and discipline.

Badminton

Badminton is a sport played with a racquet and a shuttlecock. All ages and skills levels are welcome to play. It can be a competitive sport as well as a social game.

Basketball

Our indoor wood basketball court is great for shooting hoops on your own or training with a group of friends or team. Casual bookings are welcome, please call to check availability.

Volleyball

Fun, fitness and skill development are all a part of what our social volleyball is about. It is a team sport that improves hand eye coordination, reflexes and balance. Volleyball teaches teamwork and communication and is a great social activity.

Ballroom Dancing

Ballroom Dance Classes teach people how to ballroom dance. Beginners are welcome to attend as the teacher will be able to work with everyone of all skill levels. Learn to dance, socialize and have fun in a safe environment. Learn dances like, waltz, quick step and the qypsy tap.

Active Mums

Active mums is a pre and post natal group fitness class for mothers with children aged 0-5 years. The 45 minute sessions are delivered by a qualified personal trainer.
