Trampoline / Tumbling

Trampoline and tumbling along with gymnastics are one of the best physical education experiences that you can have.  Turn exercise into fun whilst learning new skills in a safe, friendly and inclusive environment.  Learn muscle control, spacial and aerial awareness, develop coordination, posture, balance, flexibility and muscle and bone strength through a mix of structured activities and drills with our accredited coaching team.

Recreational and competitive classes available through our syllabus designed to provide a structured learning program that will teach our members movement skills for life.

Tiny Tots trampoline classes are designed to introduce basic skills and movement patterns through challenging activities. Parents and carers are involved in the program and assist in boosting confidence, cognitive development and the basis of social interaction.

Our tumbling program focuses on development of tumbling elements of gymnastics.  Through the use of trampolines, tumbling trampoline, air track and rod floors our tumblers develop confidence and skills in a friendly and structured environment.  Competitive level tumbling and trampolining available.

Gymnastics / Kindergym

We believe that gymnastics is amongst the best Physical Education a person can receive.  We know that gymnastics is the foundation for all human movement; and by extension; for other sports.  Programs are progressive allowing for advancement through the skill syllabus at the students own pace.  Our program is a seamless pathway through to any level of gymnastic participation.

Our Recreational program follows a state-wide delivered syllabus, so gymnasts can change class and location if required, while continuing to receive a consistent quality teaching program.  All our coaches are accredited, and our syllabus has been specially developed to provide a structured learning program in a non-competitive environment. At every level our classes are designed to be fun, educational and improve movement skills for life.

Our KinderGym program is a movement-based learning experience for children under five years and their parents or caregivers.  Educational research tells us that children learn best through exploring and discovering their abilities via targeted physical activity.

KinderGym classes are structured sessions, which introduce basic skills and strength building activities.  Our program is designed to inspire motor milestone development, boost confidence and cognitive development and provides a platform for social interaction.

Soccer

Soccer is a fun, fast paced sport that helps build strength, flexibility, endurance, aerobic capacity, muscle and bone strength and cardiovascular health.

Grab a group of friends to play as a team or simply come along and we can link you up with a team.

Our soccer program caters for our up and coming youngsters through our mini-roos program; our junior and senior players in both winter and summer seasons; right through to our over 35 team members looking for fun in a friendly team environment.

Whatever your skill and age we might just have what you are looking for.

Martial Arts

Judo
Dynamic sport that demands physical prowess and mental discipline.  Learn self defence techniques that allow you to use the forces of balance, power and movement to lift and throw your opponents onto their backs and subdue them on the ground.  Judo does not involve kicking, punching, striking, use of weapons or application of pressure against joints to throw an opponent.

Don’t be fooled by the simplicity; judo techniques take considerable time, effort and energy to master.

Ju Jitsu
A system of close combat self-defence and awareness for all ages.  Learn various offensive and defensive tactics to subdue opponents in either competitive or social matches while developing self confidence and fitness.  Safe use of weapons forms part of the training program.  Grading and promotion available.

Pilates

Group fitness classes catering to beginners up to intermediate levels.

Focusing on strength, core stability, flexibility, muscle control, posture and breathing pilates is a great way to improve overall health through low impact fitness moves.

Softball

Softball is  a sport for all ages and abilities. Getting together with a team to develop new skills, whether playing, coaching, scoring, umpiring or volunteering…you will gain a sense of belonging to a community with shared interests.

Softball helps improve your heath and fitness, agility, judgement, concentration and mental alertness all while having fun.

Competitive softball available…..watch out for our sign on activities and jump into a new sport with a bunch of friends.

Squash

Private tuition, in house competitions, competitive fixtures or just a social game – we have it all ready for you.
