24 / 7 Gym

PCYC Sunshine Coast Gym is a 24/7 fully Air Conditioned facility.

PCYC has developed this gym for the local community and is open to any person looking to improve their fitness. We offer a free 30min introduction to personal training with a qualified Personal Trainer upon joining (bookings essential).

Gym facilities:

  • Kettle bells
  • Free weights
  • Yoga balls
  • Benches (incline/decline)
  • Weightlifting platforms and a broad range of resistance machines

 

Additional information:

  • All members require a gym induction before gym usage
  • Easy payment options: Full Outright Payment and No Contract, No Cancellation Fee, Direct Debit options available. Contact the club for pricing information.

Gym Age Restrictions:

  • Minimum Age 12 years. No gym entry for members under 12 years of age
  • 12-15 years require parent/guardian supervision while in gym. Gym Access Monday – Friday 2pm – 5pm only.
  • 16-17 years are able to use the gym (during our club office hours only) without supervision if parent/guardian consent is given. Gym Access/ Office Hours: Monday – Friday 2pm – 7pm + Saturday 8am – 12pm

50+ Fit Group Exercise

50+ Fit Group Exercise will improve your mobility, strength, balance, coordination and flexibility, in a fun and social environment.

It offers many benefits, such as:

  • The ability to think more clearly,
  • Building muscles,
  • Improve brain function, (as all exercise does!)
  • Leaving the gym feeling happier,
  • Reducing the loss of muscle and bone mass,
  • Maintaining independence, and;
  • Living longer.

Please arrive 15 minuets early. Bring relevant paperwork, payment, water bottle, towel and shoes.

A high intensity interval training class based on boxing training.

Teen Girl Boxercise

A high intensity interval training class for girls ages 12 – 17 years.

Teen Girl Boxercise is an inclusive and supportive session for high school aged girls, focused on fun, fitness & friendship.

We encourage exercise to enhance, maintain and support positive, mental and physical health.
