Participants also learn self-defence techniques and improve self-confidence and general wellbeing.

Cost: $40 per hour

Meeting Room

Federation Hall

Capacity: 300 Max

General amenities: Tables, chairs, projector, sound system, aircon, hot water urn

Cost: $110 per hour, $150 per hour on Sundays and after 9:00pm

Commercial Kitchen

Cost: $20 per hour or $85 flat rate with room hire

Group Fitness Room

Cost: $35 per hour

QPS Recruit Entry Fitness Assessment

If you are invited to participate in QPS Recruit Entry Fitness Assessment, you will be required to undertake a series of assessments at a PCYC.

This assessment will take up to two hours to complete.

Corporate Meeting Room

Cost: $36 per hour / $240 per day

Group Fitness Room

Capacity: 40 Max

General Amenities: Dual floor/carpet open space, stage, stereo & 2 air conditioners

Cost: $36 per hour

Dance Room

Capacity: 40 Max

General Amenities: Open space, mirrors, stereo & 2 air conditioners

Cost: $36 per hour
