We run a number of group fitness classes from Pilates and Yoga to HIIT and Boot Camp.
Blast is a strength training program which uses bodyweight as the resistance. This program is great for building functional strength, muscle tone & Blasting unwanted body fat.
With an emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine, Pilates strengthens the core, develops stability, increases mobility, helps to relieve back pain and teaches you to breathe more efficiently. Feel the benefits of better posture, better balance and better flexibility in this low impact class.
High intensity interval training is a technique which pushes you to give 100% effort through intense quick bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods. This class will get your heart rate up and burn fat using a variety of equipment in an outdoor environment.
A hybrid barbell/aerobics class that will strengthen your entire body. The workout challenges al major muscle groups while also shaping & toning. Increase your fitness level, escalate your bone density & burn hundreds of calories per class.
Classes are a great way to achieve a varied work out that will push you to achieve more. Classes mix calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Our classes are held indoor and outdoor depending on location and weather.
Our yoga classes help to improve physical and mental health and wellbeing through postures, movement, breath control, relaxation and meditation.
(Abs, Buns & Thighs) uses a combination of strength & bodyweight exercises. This muscle toning class focuses on defining & tightening your Abs, Buns & Thighs
A highly compound fitness innovation that incorporates all major muscle groups. This class will sculpt your muscles, strip body fat & develops your inner strength.
A workout where you’ll punch your way to fitness, burning up to 600 calories. This high energy toning class is totally non-contact. The instructor will challenge you up to the intensity & motivate you to make the most of every round.
