We run a number of group fitness classes from Pilates, to HIIT and Boot Camp.
A.B.T (Abs, Buns and Thighs) uses a combination of strength and bodyweight exercises. This muscle-toning class focuses on defining and tightening your ab’s, bun’s and thighs. Duration: 45 minutes
BOOT CAMP styled classes are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals. Duration: 45 minutes
BOX FIT is a workout where you’ll punch your way to fitness, burning up to 600 calories. This high-energy toning class is totally non-contact. The instructor will challenge you, up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. Duration: 45 minutes
FIT4LIFE is a gentle physical activity program suitable for anyone who hasn’t done any exercise in a while. You can exercise at your own pace in a friendly atmosphere. FIT4LIFE is run by our accredited exercise professionals specifically trained in managing safe, low to moderate intensity physical activity programs for our senior members. Duration: 1 hour
FREESTYLE is for those that want variety! It consists of exercises that mix functional training, strength, HIIT and AMRAPS all into one workout. Duration: 45 minutes
HIIT 30 is a high intensity interval training session. Engage in a range of exercises to burn maximum calories in a short amount of time, get the heart rate up and burn fat! Duration: 30 minutes
PILATES helps increase positive dynamic awareness and teaches balance and control of the body. This highly specialized class yields numerous benefits such as flexibility and increased functional strength, particularly to the core. Duration: 1 hour
S&C – STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING is a full body workout using plates, kettle bells, dumbbells and bodyweight. This is designed for all fitness levels and is suitable for all ages. Duration: 45 minutes
YOGA aims to guide students through a practice which will develop strength, flexibility, focus, relaxation and awareness of body and breath. Duration: 1 hour
